“Every acute disease is the result of a cleansing and healing effort of Nature”and the innate power of healing lies within every individual. The cure is evoking this potential in natural ways by proper eating, breathing, exercising, and thinking, reasoning and meditating.
“My optimum health concept is based upon the core clinical imbalances arising due to (which underlie different diseases) environmental factors like diet, nutrients ( including air, water), exercise, trauma (mental, physical) and toxins( insecticides, pesticides, household cleaning chemicals, drugs)are processed by a person’s mind, body & spirit through a unique set of genetic predispositions, attitudes and beliefs. Those core imbalances then influence multiple organ systems through an intricate web of interconnections. Consequently different diseases of multiple organ systems happens in a single person ( for example the diagnosis of IBS, Eczema, Depression, Joint pains, Chronic fatigue, Peripheral Neuropathy in a single person) are usually related in their underlying cause(s) and do not need to be treated separate from each other”
She believes mind and body are completely related and disorder arises at mental level first and manifest into physical illness. Having background in yoga, nutrition and medical science she educates her patients on the role food plays in our health and on our hormones and to understand that many of the foods we eat are toxic to our bodies, while we’re deficient in other nutrients. Since then, she advocates for a plant based diet to help people not only lose weight, but fight and prevent disease. She creates Detox program that removes not just toxins found in foods, but the harmful elements found in other parts of our life, like emotional baggage,
pessimistic thoughts and stress. Her detoxification program includes Therapeutic fasting, Natural colon cleansing techniques, and vegetarianism and Vipasana meditation.
Along with her Naturopathic practice she also does private teachings and involved in corporate wellness to name few companies like Blackrock, Barclay, LinkedIn, Covestro. She has helped her clients with health management programs, conducted meditation and yoga sessions. She also had an opportunity to represent India from Hongkong for the 1st International Yoga day on June 21-2018 Newyork and present a paper on Yoga and Natural lifestyle for wellbeing and disease prevention.
Sudha helps her patients by combining evidence-based medicine with the art and wisdom of traditional medicine to achieve an integrative diagnosis and holistic treatment plan. She’s able to effectively address the root cause and rebalance all aspects of mental, emotional and physical well-being. As a Naturopath, her goal is to provide her patients with the guidance and knowledge that is essential for achieving true wellness.
She lives with her husband and two children and says she always follow a diet which is close to nature, cooking, baking and preparing everything at home, bringing in variety of food and trying to avoiding all processed or machine made food. Being a mother she understands lifestyle problems so determined in educating her kids from the young age about the right choices so that they are more aware as they grow up.
